Call for Literary Contents

Dear Authors


Creation and Criticism is delighted to announce Call for Literary Contents for its forthcoming issue; therefore, it invites the authors of English Language and Literature to submit their research papers, literary articles, interviews, essays, stories, plays, poems, book reviews, videos and news for the publication.


The authors can submit the soft copy of the contents anytime in M.S. Word format. 

 

Submission Guidelines:

 

Critical/Literary Articles

  • The authors are requested to follow the latest MLA style in their critical/literary articles (single authorship).
  • Title (Font: Times New Roman, Size: 14, Bold).
  • For the text of the article, follow font: Times New Romans, Size: 12, Space: Single, Alignment: Justified, MS Word Document (2003/2007).
  • The literary articles should contain 2000 to 5000 words.
  • An abstract (100 to 150 words) along with five to ten keywords.
  • Name of the author with the details of the institution along with the university, if any.
  • Brief bio-note (less than 200 words) in the third person (paragraph form) with the details of name, date of birth, educational qualifications, publications, awards/honours, postal address with e-mail address and a latest photograph.

Book Reviews

  • The authors are requested to follow the latest MLA style in their drafting.
  • Title (Font: Times New Roman, Size: 14, Bold).
  • For the text of the review, follow font: Times New Romans, Size: 12, Space: Single, Alignment: Justified, MS Word Document (2003/2007).
  • The book-review should not exceed 600 words.
  • Scanned copy of the cover page with the publication details of the book.
  • The reviewer is required to submit one copy of the reviewed book to the publisher of the e-journal in print form for the library use.
  • Name of the author with the details of the institution along with the university, if any.
  • Brief bio-note (less than 200 words) in the third person (paragraph form) with the details of name, date of birth, educational qualifications, publications, awards/honours, postal address with e-mail address and a latest photograph.

Interviews

  • The authors are requested to follow the latest MLA style in their drafting.
  • Title (Font: Times New Roman, Size: 14, Bold).
  • For the text of the Interview, follow font: Times New Romans, Size: 12, Space: Single, Alignment: Justified, MS Word Document (2003/2007).
  • The Interview should not exceed 5000 words.
  • The interviewer is required to submit one set of the latest books of the interviewee to the publisher of the e-journal in print form for the library use.
  • Name of the interviewer with the details of the institution along with the university, if any.
  • Brief bio-notes of the interviewee (less than 300 words) and the interviewer (less than 200 words) in the third person (paragraph form) with the details of name, date of birth, educational qualifications, publications, awards/honours, postal address with e-mail address and latest photographs.

Other Creative Works

  • No word limit for creative works (e.g. essay, poem, play, fiction and interview). But, the poet should send at least 8-10 poems for publication.
  • Title (Font: Times New Roman, Size: 14, Bold).
  • For the text of the creative works, follow font: Times New Romans, Size: 12, Space: Single, Alignment: Justified, MS Word Document (2003/2007).
  • Name of the author with the details of the institution along with the university, if any.
  • Brief bio-note (less than 200 words) in the third person (paragraph form) with the details of name, date of birth, educational qualifications, publications, awards/honours, postal address with e-mail address and a latest photograph.

Declaration

 

The authors will have to give a declaration stating “I, .....(name) declare that the research paper/other material “........title..........” is my original (also unpublished) contribution. No part has been copied from any source or anywhere except the excerpts which are duly acknowledged within the text and the works cited.”

 

Research ID

 

The author will have to provide us his/her ORCID ID for the publication of his/her research articles, critiques, essays, book reviews and interviews in CC.
