Complaint Handling Committee of Creation and Criticism (CC)

 

Composition:
The Complaint Handling Committee of Creation and Criticism (CC) is composed of impartial individuals, typically at the level of Associate Professors or Professors, who possess relevant expertise in the concerned field. Committee members must not have any conflicts of interest that could compromise their ability to assess complaints objectively.

 

Procedure:
The Complaint Handling Committee of Creation and Criticism receives complaints directly from the complainant. These are referred to as "Direct Complaints," and the complainant is termed the "Request Maker." The Request Maker must submit the complaint and allow at least 30 days for a formal response.

 

Confidentiality:
All complaints and associated information will be treated with strict confidentiality by the Complaint Handling Committee.

 

Investigation:
The Committee will conduct a thorough investigation of each complaint, gathering all relevant evidence to make a fair and informed decision.

 

Decision-Making:
Decisions will be made based on the evidence collected, and the committee will provide a clear and reasoned explanation for its conclusions.

 

Communication:
The Committee will communicate its decision to the Request Maker and any other relevant parties involved in the complaint.

 

Follow-Up:
The Committee will follow up with the Request Maker to ensure the issue has been satisfactorily resolved.

Appeals Process:
If the Request Maker does not receive a response or resolution within 30 days, they may submit an appeal to the Appellate Authority. Appeals should be sent via email to creationandcriticism@gmail.com with the subject line:
"Appeal for Complaint Handling Committee."

 

The Editor-in-Chief of the journal will oversee the appeal and, if deemed appropriate, may attempt to resolve the issue before initiating a formal appeals process.
